I grew up in a family that has practised Vedic astrology and Vastu Shastra for over 40 years. I founded Kavach Consultancy to make that knowledge practical for people living and working in the UAE: in high-rise apartments, rented villas and modern offices where breaking walls isn't an option.

Yes. Every Kavach recommendation is non-demolition. Imbalances are corrected through furniture placement, colours, lighting, mirrors, plants and element-based remedies, so the advice works in rented apartments and high-rise towers where structural changes aren't possible.
Is Vastu relevant for apartments in Dubai high-rises?
Yes. Vastu looks at the layout inside your unit: the main door direction, bedroom, kitchen and living zones. Floor height doesn't cancel these principles, and most high-rise imbalances can be balanced with simple internal adjustments.
Should I check Vastu before buying an off-plan property in Dubai?

How long does a Vastu consultation take?
An apartment site visit typically takes 60–90 minutes and a villa 2–3 hours. You receive a written report with remedies within 3–5 working days, followed by a call to answer questions.
Do you offer online Vastu and astrology consultations?
Yes. Floor-plan Vastu reviews and Kundli readings are available online by video call for clients across the UAE, GCC, India and worldwide. You share the plan or birth details in advance and receive the same written report.
What do I need for a Kundli reading?
Your exact date of birth, time of birth and place of birth. If you don't know the exact time, share what you know and Vedang will advise how it affects the reading. Marriage matching needs both partners' details.
Is Vastu only for Hindu families?
No. Vastu Shastra is a traditional Indian science of space and direction, and its principles of light, flow and balance are used by people of many backgrounds. Kavach advises families and businesses of all cultures across the UAE.
